About the founder

With over ten years in talent acquisition for corporate, agency and RPO environments Ariel has experience in placing entry level to executive professionals across multiple industries for start-ups, midsize and fortune 500 companies. She’s obtained her Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and has a professional certificate in Human Resources Management. With a strong passion for personal and professional development she knows when it comes to professional development it starts with your resume! In order to take that next step in your career and to “level up” one needs to understand the application strategies, have an standout resume, along with strong interviewing and negotiation skills.
